Options for Youth, Public Charter Schools signed a 5 year lease at 15378 Ramona Ave in Victorville. Ryan Travis and Rob Kurth of Kursch Group facilitated the transaction representing both the landlord and the tenant. The leased space is a 5,808SF freestanding building that will be a great space for the school, relocating from a retail center on Amargosa Road in Victorville. Options for Youth has 31 non-traditional learning environments state-wide that provide students with a space similar to school libraries or study halls. The safe, friendly atmosphere for learning allows students flexibility and independence while also offering one-on-one interactions with assigned teachers or in small groups.
